Chris came to my house and we went through in detail what we needed to move, he was really personable and made me feel relaxed and at ease that he would manage the move without stress. He kept communicating with me in the coming days prior to the move, I even text him late on one evening expecting a reply the following day but he called me straight away to answer my questions. On the day, the guys came when we agreed, on time, full uniform. I honestly couldn’t have met a nicer, polite set of removal men, so hard working, great with me and my wife, asking on every occasion where things needed to be put into my new home, built our 3 beds better than I could. They packed every item carefully and with care. Well wrapped and protected.
We had a weeks delay with the exchange (which was beyond anybodies control), so our home contents were stored for the week by the Daddy team.) Except for beds, armchairs, and the TV. It gave us the chance clean through the house ready for the new buyer.

These guys were highly professional, enthusiastic and cared about my family and the moving experience we endured leading up to and including moving day. Chris was super helpful all the way through, very informative about the process and gave us loads of good advice about how best to prepare and pack our house up. Daddy removals provided the best removal service we have ever had for a really competitive and fair price. All the team on moving day were great and nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive and ensured that everything was exactly where we wanted it in the new house. They were also kind and understanding when the keys were slightly delayed prolonging the whole job. Chris also kindly lent us enough boxes for the packing free of charge, to be returned afterwards. He also managed to correctly guess exactly how many we would need after a short survery of our house which was impressive! All of his team were friendly, hard working, easy to work with and were great with my kids. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again if we ever move again in the future.
